
Lauren Boyle, LCSW, has worked in the Northern Virginia Region for over 20 years. She received her Bachelor's in Social Work degree from James Madison University, with a major in Social Work and a minor in Family Issues. She then completed her graduate studies at Virginia Commonwealth University attending the Advanced Standing program and receiving a Master's degree in Social Work.
Lauren founded NOVA LiveWellBeing in January of 2021 with the goal that each client feels they are a priority to their clinician. Lauren has been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) since 2005. Lauren is Licensed in Virginia, New Jersey and South Carolina (Telehealth only).
Lauren has been in private practice for over 18 years working with children, adolescents, adults and families. Prior to entering private practice, she worked with children, adolescents, and families in outpatient and in-home settings, as well as interning at an inpatient psychiatric facility for children and adolescents. She also worked with children and families needing crisis intervention surrounding domestic violence, sexual assault and abuse.
Lauren is a member of the Ryan Bartel Foundation Mental Health Advisory Board. The Ryan Bartel Foundation is a youth suicide prevention program in Loudoun County. Lauren is also a Board Member for Backpack Buddies Foundation of Loudoun, a non-profit organization dedicated to ensuring that no school-aged child goes hungry.

Sibel Al-Barzinji received her Bachelor’s degree in Politics and Middle Eastern Studies from the University of Virginia and her Master’s degree in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University.
Sibel has experience working with individuals in eating disorder recovery and children who are survivors of sexual and domestic violence. She also works with youth experiencing depression, anxiety, and stress.
Sibel primarily works with children, adolescents, and teens. She is passionate about supporting families and individuals from diverse and multicultural backgrounds and strives to provide a trauma-informed and culturally responsive space for healing. Sibel focuses on building trust and safety in the therapeutic relationship, helping clients feel understood, supported, and empowered.

Leigh Carley, LCSW, received her Bachelor’s in Psychology from James Madison University and her Master’s in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University. Leigh works at Loudoun Citizens for Social Justice as a Trauma Therapist.
Leigh has worked in a variety of settings during her ten years in the social work profession. She has experience with survivors of domestic and sexual violence, people who are struggling with substance use disorders, and children and adolescents with a variety of challenges.
Leigh uses a tailored approach in therapy sessions to meet the needs of each client and family. Leigh works with children, adolescents, adults and families.

Jean is a Licensed Clinical Social Woker in Virginia and Maryland. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Virgnia Commonweath University and her master's degree in Social Work from Fordham University.
Jean has worked in a variety of settings as a social worker for over 25 years. She works with individuals and couples dealing with anxiety, stress, depression, grief, and all other mental health concerns. Jean primarily works with adults.
Jean has extensive expertise in treating substance and addiction related issues. She is a certified Department of Transportation (DOT) Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) and can provide DOT regulated assessments.
Jean enjoys working with clients to identify life goals and a plan to reach those goals.

Ashley Olson, LCSW, is passionate about helping kids, teens, and families feel supported, understood, and empowered to thrive. She earned her bachelor's degree in social work from Christopher Newport University and her master's degree in clinical social work from Boise State University.
She currently works full-time as a school social worker for Loudoun County Public Schools, where she's spent the past eight years supporting middle school students and their families. She has extensive training in developmental and childhood trauma and regularly provides professional development to LCPS staff on trauma-informed practices. Ashley is also a certified ACE Interface Presenter, sharing her expertise in understanding and mitigating the effects of adverse childhood experiences.
In private practice she works primarily with children, adolescents, teens, and young adults who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, stress, and trauma. She is also passionate about supporting LGBTQ+ youth and families and strives to create a space where everyone feels safe, respected, and celebrated for who they are.
Ashley's approach is creative, collaborative, and family focused. She incorporates play, art, movement, and even sports into sessions to help kids and teens express themselves in ways that feel natural and comfortable. She also works closely with parents and caregivers to build skills and provide ongoing support, as lasting growth happens when everyone feels involved and connected.

Becky Spencer attended the University of Arizona and received a degree in Psychology with a minor in Women’s Studies. She then completed her master’s degree in Social Work at Virginia Commonwealth University. Becky has been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 1996.
Becky has over 25 years in the social work profession. Her experience includes working with clients struggling with addiction, marital and/or family issues, depression, anxiety, stress, and trauma.
Becky draws from many therapeutic modalities including but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Client-Centered, Solution Focused and Mindfulness. She works with adolescents, adults and couples, including lesbian and gay couples.
